On request it is possible to organize rowing-boat and sailing boat excursions , submersions , rides on horse and mountain-bike , trekking. Lamione produces winw, olive oil , figs , vegetables and other typical products of this land. With their inimitable flavours , colours and perfumes it is possible to prepare simple and tasty dishes which are typically mediterranean. Immersed in the green of the hill , it offers to its guest comfortable and spacious rooms with private bathroom , exposition room , dining room and an old traditional cooking. In the wide courtyard is located an old wood-fired oven typical of the countrypeople tradition , in which are prepared biscuits , pizzas , bread and tasty sweets.
