The estate is at the heart of the beautiful Val d’Astico, at an altitude of 400 m. At one side there are the crystal clear waters of a river and the  spurs of the table-land. On the other side the green peaks of Piaforà and Novegno. An ideal place to rediscover a profound contact with nature. The fields are resplendent in colours that change with the seasons. The woods frame an enchanting landscape, interspersed with very picturesque sites. You can breath air that is sparkling and envirogating. A wonderful place to find an oasis that is relaxing and tranquil. It also offers the opportunity to really taste natural and organic products. Villa Gianfranco is a cooperative with 14 partners, who  contribute fruit, vegetables, wine, pork and beef meats, barn yard animals, bovine and sheep cheeses. Our house is ont the boundary of a 3 hecters park, with swimming pool, openspaces for walks or for playing outside games. To pass the time in a most delightful way, you can treat yourself to a good read in the pleasant atmosphere of our library. A simple, but very hospetal place. It has a family atmosphere where you will find your self at ease.
